Making Sense Stay Ahead

Stay Ahead

Find where to look first.

Most people start paying attention to their health after something goes wrong. Stay Ahead begins earlier.

The real advantage is timing. Data before opinion.

The Four Horsemen

Don't die from something stupid.

There is a running joke in longevity circles that the single best tactic is exactly that: don't die from something stupid. It gets a laugh, and then it lands, because that is most of the game.

Longevity, underneath the noise, is the long and unglamorous work of not being taken out early by the things most likely to do it. Keep avoiding the big ones for long enough and time stays on your side. And the big ones are surprisingly few. Four areas cause most of what shortens life, and they are sometimes called the Four Horsemen.

Cardiovascular disease

The world's leading killer, and one of the most preventable. It builds silently for years, which is exactly why it rewards looking early.

Metabolic dysfunction

How your body handles energy and blood sugar. The quiet upstream driver that makes the other three more likely.

Cancer

The one where timing decides everything. Found early the odds change completely, so screening and family history matter most.

Neurodegenerative disease

The slow one. Its groundwork is laid decades before symptoms, which is why early habits matter most here.

They do not appear overnight. Long before a diagnosis, there are signals hidden in family history, everyday measurements, habits, symptoms, and screening history.

The problem is rarely a lack of information. It is knowing what matters, what is missing, and where to begin.

The system

That is why I created Making Sense.

Making Sense brings together health data, scientific knowledge, human behavior, and practical action. Its purpose is not to give you more advice. It is to help you understand your own situation and make better decisions before those decisions become urgent.

The Priority Screen is where it starts.

Where this goes

The first step of a longer path.

Each step earns the next. You never move further than your own information supports, and you are never left with a result and no next move. The loop is the point: as one priority settles, you choose the next.

The Priority Screen

About 15 minutesNo blood testPrivate to your device

In about fifteen minutes it helps you explore the four pathways and identify which one may deserve your attention first. This is not a diagnosis. It does not calculate your future or replace a medical professional. It gives you something simpler and more useful: a possible starting point, and a clearer idea of what to look into next.

Answer as accurately as you can. If you do not know something, that is useful information too. It may show us exactly what needs to be measured.

Your result is not a label. It is an invitation to look more closely, ask better questions, and act while time is still on your side.

Your Priority Screen gives you a starting point. If you would like help understanding what it means and deciding what to do next, request a conversation.
