Training for Coaches and Medics
Become part of the team behind the Longevity Compass.
The Priority Screen is free and takes under 10 minutes.
When a client sits down with you, they are not meeting a certificate. They are meeting a team with a method, a measured path, and a medical partner behind it. That is what an Academy graduate carries into every conversation.
The Longevity Compass
The Longevity Compass is built on the Making Sense method. People today are flooded with information about health and longevity. What they lack is someone to help them decide what matters for them and what to do next. The Compass takes the science and the data and turns them into clear, practical steps, with a trained person alongside.
It focuses on four areas that shape how long and how well we live, the four horsemen of longevity.
Cardiovascular health, which builds quietly for years and rewards looking early.
How the body handles energy and blood sugar, the quiet driver behind the others.
Long term brain health, where the groundwork is laid decades before symptoms.
Screening and family history, where timing changes everything.
Every client starts with the Priority Screen, a free and private entry point that shows where to look first. From there, the Compass becomes a guided path of twelve months, with a Coach and a Medic working together: confirm with the right measurements, build a clear picture, choose a focused plan, then review, repeat, and choose the next priority.
Why it is different
Who we are
The Academy is led by Doychin Karshovski, who brings the behavior and coaching side through DoychZone and the Making Sense method. It is built in partnership with DetoxCenter in Sofia and Doctor Toshkov and his team, who bring medical depth.
Together they give the Longevity Compass something rare: holistic coaching that is backed by real medical knowledge, in a single method and a single service.
What you do in the Academy
The course lives on Circle, in a members only space that is open at any time. You move through it at your own pace, and each module ends with an exam. Tap a module to see what happens in it and what the Coach and the Medic learn.
You begin with yourself. You take your own Priority Check, set your baseline and your goal, and experience the Compass as a client before you guide anyone else.
The Coach learns how to build a personal practice you can honestly stand behind, because clients follow what you live.
The Medic learns how to read their own baseline and goal with the same method clients will use, and how a Medic fits into the team from day one.
Exam: a client case solved by a Coach and Medic pair.
This module lays the shared base of the method: sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, and relationships, with the science behind each one and simple ways to explain it.
The Coach learns how to turn the science into plain words and small daily steps that a client can actually keep.
The Medic learns the medical reasoning behind each of the five areas, and how to keep explanations accurate while staying simple.
Exam: a client case solved by a Coach and Medic pair.
You learn the Priority Check as a step by step protocol: how to take a client through it, how to read the result, and how to guide the person to book the free discovery call.
The Coach learns how to explain the colours and the Start here recommendation, and how to prepare the client so the next step feels natural.
The Medic learns what each result can signal medically across heart, metabolic, brain, and cancer screening, and when a result calls for a closer medical look.
Exam: a client case solved by a Coach and Medic pair.
Here the Compass becomes concrete: a baseline for each client, the slow markers that change over time, and a clear way to show progress.
The Coach learns how to explain what each measurement is for, why we do it, and what we will watch over time.
The Medic learns how to prepare and explain the slow markers according to Doctor Toshkov's protocol, and how to work with cutting edge medical and testing equipment.
Exam: a client case solved by a Coach and Medic pair.
This module covers the tools around the client: wearables, lab results, and test data, and how to handle all of it with respect for privacy.
The Coach learns how to bring wearable and test data into a conversation without overwhelming the client, and how to protect their privacy.
The Medic learns how to work with cutting edge medical and testing equipment, how to interpret lab and test data, and how to handle it safely.
Exam: a client case solved by a Coach and Medic pair.
You learn how a Compass session is built, from opening to closing, so that every meeting has a purpose and ends with a clear next step.
The Coach learns how to open, guide, and close a session, and how to keep the client moving between sessions.
The Medic learns how a medical contribution fits into a session, short, clear, and in the same language the Coach is using.
Exam: a client case solved by a Coach and Medic pair.
This module is about how we talk with clients, how we show care, and how we treat stagnation as an observation and not as a failure.
The Coach learns how to explain a stall as useful information and keep the client motivated without blame.
The Medic learns how to explain slow progress from the medical side, and how to tell when it is worth looking deeper, without alarming the client.
Exam: a client case solved by a Coach and Medic pair.
You learn to work within a clear scope, to refer onward when needed, and to build a practice in which clients arrive through your personal Priority Screen link and renew at month six.
The Coach learns how to set healthy boundaries, how to grow a practice around the Compass, and how to earn a renewal.
The Medic learns the limits of the medical role, when and how to refer onward, and how to keep clients safe within the programme.
Exam: a client case solved by a Coach and Medic pair.
The final module brings the two roles together on one client, from the first Priority Screen through measurement and plan to review, solved as a pair.
The Coach learns how to lead the client relationship while working hand in hand with a Medic.
The Medic learns how to bring cutting edge medical and testing equipment and clinical judgment into the shared case, while working as one team with the Coach.
Exam: a client case solved by a Coach and Medic pair.
Your own practice
The business side of your work runs through the whole Academy, not just one module. You receive help and guidance to build your own business page and to present yourself as Longevity Compass Certified.
The team that trains you stands behind your promotion at every step. We will provide every channel we can, so you keep receiving clients for as long as your certificate stays active.
The Academy is not for anyone looking for a quick certificate. It is for people ready to practice.
Two roles
Role
The Coach walks with the client week by week: explaining the measurements, building the plan, keeping momentum, and handling stagnation with care.
Coach certifiedRole
The Medic stands for the medical side of the work and the protocol. A Medic does not need a medical degree. Medics are trained by Doctor Toshkov's team.
Medic certifiedEach role has its own certificate. The path is reciprocal: graduates of one role can grow into the other, so that Coaches understand the medical side and Medics understand coaching.

Price and enrolment
(Instalment payment available)
Enrollment starts with a short conversation. Not just to get to know each other, but to make sure this Academy can become a real career for you. We do not hand out certificates to collectors. We look for people who see their future in longevity: meaningful help, true partnership, and a holistic approach. For the right person, this investment becomes a small fraction of what a thriving practice can bring.
Enrollment is always open. You start when you choose, and new graduates join the team all year round.
Payment goes to Want2goFit LLC (DoychZone), a company based in the United States, so we do not charge Bulgarian VAT. If you need an invoice for your company, email office@doychzone.com with your full company name, ЕИК (BULSTAT), VAT number, registered address, representative (МОЛ) and the email for the invoice. For EU business customers the invoice is issued under the reverse charge mechanism, so VAT is accounted for by the buyer.
